Racial Equity Onboarding Training: Understanding the Effects and Impact of Implicit Bias
The purpose of this training is to provide a deep dive into the Racial Equity Policy and Action Plan with an emphasis on understanding the effects and impact of implicit bias. Additionally they will familiarize staff with the Racial Equity Lens as a support for guiding decisions at the district and classroom levels.
